Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with recruiting operations and day-to-day coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and assist with talent acquisition projects
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related role
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in building a career in talent acquisition
