Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with recruiting operations and day-to-day coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate information and assist with talent acquisition projects
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related role
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in building a career in talent acquisition
