Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment coordination support, including applicant tracking and pre-screening
- Schedule interviews, health screens, and candidate travel logistics
- Compile and prepare reports on recruitment and selection activities
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Two years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related administrative role
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
