Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recruitment coordination support, including applicant tracking and pre-screening
  • Schedule interviews, health screens, and candidate travel logistics
  • Compile and prepare reports on recruitment and selection activities
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related administrative role
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
