Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end background check processes ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Global Security team to assess and process adverse findings
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or related business field with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with background check management and onboarding processes
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for candidate experience
  • Experience as a first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service role
  • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
