Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end background check processes ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Global Security team to assess and process adverse findings
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related business field with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with background check management and onboarding processes
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for candidate experience
- Experience as a first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service role
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
