Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview schedules and serve as the primary contact for candidates and internal teams
  • Manage the offer approval and generation process, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for Oracle or Harmony knowledge
  • Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards for corporate hiring preferred
