Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support in the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for HR recruitment, including job postings and onboarding activities
  • Conduct research and analyze data to make recommendations regarding vendors and internal processes
  • Manage compliance-related tasks such as I-9 completion and background checks for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of experience in providing high-level administrative services
  • Knowledge of Human Resources general practices and principles
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications
  • Experience with multiple computer applications, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and a multi-tasked workload
