Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support in the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR recruitment, including job postings and onboarding activities
- Conduct research and analyze data to make recommendations regarding vendors and internal processes
- Manage compliance-related tasks such as I-9 completion and background checks for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in providing high-level administrative services
- Knowledge of Human Resources general practices and principles
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications
- Experience with multiple computer applications, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and a multi-tasked workload
