Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for various roles
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional communication throughout the process
- Manage interview logistics and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or scheduling role, preferably in a high-growth tech or AI company
- Experience using an ATS or scheduling tools, with a preference for familiarity with Ashby
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration tools
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership with minimal oversight
- Interest in working at an AI-first company and advancing a career in talent acquisition
