Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or scheduling role, preferably in a high-growth tech or AI company
  • Experience using an ATS or scheduling tools, with a preference for familiarity with Ashby
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration tools
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership with minimal oversight
  • Interest in working at an AI-first company and advancing a career in talent acquisition
