Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle interview scheduling process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and high-volume roles, including sourcing and initial screening
  • Support HR administration and assist in the rollout of company-wide people initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a fast-paced operations role
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly and G Suite is a plus
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Eager to learn about Talent Acquisition and People Strategy
