Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Manage complex scheduling logistics and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Track and report on scheduling metrics to support recruiting operations insights
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/equivalent +8 years OR bachelor's degree +4 years of relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of TA coordination or heavy calendaring/meeting scheduling experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience using Workday and/or other information systems
