Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the interview scheduling process across various business verticals
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for organization and communication
  • Assist with external job postings and manage candidate correspondence throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in supporting Talent Acquisition and/or HR teams
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with preferred experience in Power BI and LinkedIn
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
