Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full-cycle recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the interview scheduling process across various business verticals
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for organization and communication
- Assist with external job postings and manage candidate correspondence throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting Talent Acquisition and/or HR teams
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
- Proficiency in MS Office, with preferred experience in Power BI and LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
