Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process for Business Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post job openings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions and postings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
