Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process for Business Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post job openings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions and postings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
