Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts from job description creation to offer approval
• Review resumes and conduct Recruiter Screen interviews to assess candidate alignment
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
• Strong computer and system navigation skills; ATS experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fully remote, cross-functional environment
• Proactive, service-minded approach to supporting hiring managers and candidates
