Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Enterprise Talent Acquisition Operations team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule a high volume of interviews (approx. 35-70 per week) including phone screens and onsite interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel and manage onboarding processes including background checks
  • Maintain and update HR data systems (Workday) and support recruiters with special projects
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in meeting scheduling
  • Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
