Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Enterprise Talent Acquisition Operations team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule a high volume of interviews (approx. 35-70 per week) including phone screens and onsite interviews
- Coordinate candidate travel and manage onboarding processes including background checks
- Maintain and update HR data systems (Workday) and support recruiters with special projects
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in meeting scheduling
- Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
