Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across multiple departments while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage recruiting logistics
- Schedule interviews and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and support hiring managers in the interview process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
