Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring process efficiently for the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the recruiting and candidate pipelines across all departments
• Research companies and source candidates for various roles, including initial outreach
• Pull data for reporting on KPIs and ensure data accuracy in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition coordination experience with strong project management skills
• Greenhouse ATS experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis
• Ability to source and evaluate resumes and profiles for specific positions
