Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate non-executive level interviews while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience by managing logistics and assisting with travel arrangements
- Build relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing updates and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or high-level Administrative support
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous experience in a Corporate HR environment is preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS and servicing systems such as Workday is a plus
