Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate non-executive level interviews while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience by managing logistics and assisting with travel arrangements
  • Build relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing updates and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or high-level Administrative support
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a Corporate HR environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS and servicing systems such as Workday is a plus
