Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews with candidates and maintain job boards
- Track candidate pipeline activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding coordination and support offer stage processes
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar system is a plus
