Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and maintain job boards
  • Track candidate pipeline activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and support offer stage processes
Required Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar system is a plus
