Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Hiring Coordinator to assist in coordinating the hiring process and verifying candidate requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Communicate next steps and forward offer letters to candidates
- Complete pre-employment requirements in accordance with regulations and maintain candidate engagement throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related recruitment experience preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies preferred
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to quickly build rapport with others
