Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Hiring Coordinator to assist in coordinating the hiring process and verifying candidate requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Communicate next steps and forward offer letters to candidates
  • Complete pre-employment requirements in accordance with regulations and maintain candidate engagement throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of related recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with others
