Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Greenhouse (ATS) expert, managing reporting and optimizing workflows
• Support end-to-end interview coordination and enhance candidate experience
• Manage candidate flow and pipeline movement while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations in a high-growth environment
• Strong expertise in Greenhouse (ATS), including scheduling workflows and custom reporting
• Experience in building reports and using data for insights and decisions
• Proven ability to manage high volume and competing priorities effectively
• Experience training stakeholders on tools and processes
