Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved
- Track completion of pre-employment tasks and support onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage confidential information accurately
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, and experienced with Google Workspace tools
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
