Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and prepare interview itineraries
  • Manage travel arrangements and assist with recruitment programs
  • Extend verbal offers, prepare offer letters, and manage the candidate process within the HRIS system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Typically 4 or more years of related experience
  • High School education is required; vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in coordinating interviews and recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
