Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews and prepare interview itineraries
- Manage travel arrangements and assist with recruitment programs
- Extend verbal offers, prepare offer letters, and manage the candidate process within the HRIS system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Typically 4 or more years of related experience
- High School education is required; vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in coordinating interviews and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
