Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare new requisitions and assist Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing
  • Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process, ensuring accurate completion of applications and paperwork
  • Provide support to the People Operations team and assist Managers with the Applicant Tracking System


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role, preferably in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with iCIMS and Workday systems
  • Proficient in AI Tools, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Understanding of the talent acquisition process and requisition management preferred
