Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare new requisitions and assist Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing
- Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process, ensuring accurate completion of applications and paperwork
- Provide support to the People Operations team and assist Managers with the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role, preferably in Talent Acquisition
- Experience with iCIMS and Workday systems
- Proficient in AI Tools, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Understanding of the talent acquisition process and requisition management preferred
