Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Coordinator, seeking a proactive individual to manage the preboarding process and support candidate marketing and project setup in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hiring, preboarding, and onboarding processes, ensuring data accuracy and a high-quality experience
  • Administer pre-employment screening and coordinate travel for interviews and new hires
  • Support recruitment activities and assist with general customer service and administrative duties
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or onboarding support
  • One year of experience with an Applicant Tracking or HR Information System
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
