Job Summary
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will maintain candidate data in the ATS, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions
- Coordinate candidate interviews and assist with sourcing talent on professional networks
Required qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate events
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Experience in conducting prescreen assessments and background checks
- Familiarity with job posting and sourcing talent strategies
