Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks in a remote environment, ensuring an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring of quality candidates, including candidate phone screens and interview scheduling
  • Perform onboarding of new hires, ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork and first-day details
  • Run and monitor background checks and drug screens, managing follow-up documentation and communications
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required
  • Preferred experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
