Job Summary
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks in a remote environment, ensuring an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring of quality candidates, including candidate phone screens and interview scheduling
- Perform onboarding of new hires, ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork and first-day details
- Run and monitor background checks and drug screens, managing follow-up documentation and communications
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- Preferred experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
