Job Summary
Supporting the daily operations of the People Operations team, the remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and assist with onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and maintain job boards while assisting with candidate sourcing
- Track candidate pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire communication
Required qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar system (preferred)
