Job Summary
Working hybrid in Denver, Colorado, Seattle, Washington, or remotely, the part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage end-to-end interview scheduling, serve as the primary liaison among candidates and hiring teams, and maintain candidate records in Greenhouse during an initial 3-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling across the recruiting team, coordinating various interview formats with speed and accuracy
- Act as the primary scheduling liaison, ensuring all parties are confirmed, prepped, and informed for interviews
- Audit and clean up candidate records and requisitions in Greenhouse, resolving duplicates and updating candidate stages
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR coordination, or a related administrative role
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including managing requisitions and candidate profiles
- Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills for complex interview loops
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office
- High degree of discretion when handling confidential candidate information
