Job Summary

Managing the full recruitment life cycle, the fully remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent for medical coding and healthcare roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods to engage both active and passive candidates
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of onsite recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience hiring for FQHC or RCM markets is a plus
  • Proven success in managing high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and standard office software
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
