Job Summary
Supporting recruitment efforts, the part-time hourly Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, offer letter distribution, and pre-employment coordination in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate assessment processes
- Assist in the distribution of offer letters and manage pre-employment steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative or coordination roles within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with recruitment-related coordination and candidate processes
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
