Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the temporary hourly Talent Acquisition Coordinator will schedule interviews, assist candidates and hiring managers, and manage various recruitment tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule phone, video, or in-person interviews for positions across North America
- Communicate with candidates and HR team members to coordinate interviews and respond to inquiries
- Track and monitor recruitment tasks, ensuring timely completion and updating the applicant tracking system
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Executive Coordination
- Experience using Outlook or similar scheduling tools
- Knowledge of common recruiting processes and procedures
- Experience using an ATS or CRM, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
