Job Summary

Organized and proactive, the contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage interview logistics, oversee compliance workflows, and enhance the candidate experience while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple North American sites in collaboration with hiring managers and travel departments
  • Managing post-offer compliance workflows, including tracking background checks and drug screenings
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real time to ensure data integrity and accurate tracking
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Executive Coordination roles
  • Proficiency in calendar management using Outlook or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with an ATS or CRM, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. as a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or authorized worker
