Job Summary
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Lead, the remote Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will design and implement recruiting processes, manage the Greenhouse ATS, and ensure operational efficiency to support the company's growth from 50 to hundreds of hires.
Key responsibilities
- Design and establish scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and standards
- Maintain and manage the Greenhouse system, ensuring data integrity and generating regular reports on KPIs and OKRs
- Coordinate the recruiting pipeline across departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely progress of searches
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or coordination
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, having owned its configuration and management
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong affinity for spreadsheets
- Outstanding organizational skills and a commitment to follow-up
