Job Summary

As the operational backbone of the recruitment function, the full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage logistics, documentation, and data to ensure a smooth hiring process, working either in-office in Lakewood, CO, or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the custodian of recruitment records, creating job requisitions and coordinating pre-hire documentation
  • Partner with the TA team to audit and improve administrative and ATS workflows for efficiency
  • Monitor recruitment inboxes, responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing competing priorities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills focused on customer service
  • Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee data with integrity
