Job Summary

Supporting the hiring process remotely, the full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate scheduling, onboarding activities, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new employees.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including communications and logistics for new hires from offer acceptance through their initial days
  • Assist with recruiting operations, including candidate sourcing, resume review, and reporting on hiring metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or related functions
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and ATS platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Commitment to creating positive and inclusive experiences for candidates and employees
