Job Summary
Supporting recruitment activities, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate interview scheduling, assist with job postings and requisition management, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
- Assist recruiters with administrative tasks related to job postings and requisition management
- Support the onboarding process, including offer letters and background checks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer service mindset with effective communication skills
