Supporting recruitment activities, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate interview scheduling, assist with job postings and requisition management, and facilitate the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
  • Assist recruiters with administrative tasks related to job postings and requisition management
  • Support the onboarding process, including offer letters and background checks
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong customer service mindset with effective communication skills
