Job Summary
To support a dynamic recruiting team, the part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate experiences, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment records while working fully remote on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews in a timely manner
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity within Workday ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma with 2+ years of administrative experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 1+ year of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
