Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end background check processes, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will ensure compliance with privacy laws, collaborate with security teams, and maintain excellent candidate communication throughout the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Manages background check processes using the Sterling platform, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborates with the Global Security team to assess adverse findings per company policy
- Monitors background check completion metrics to align with hiring timelines and enhance candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related business field with 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with background check management and onboarding processes
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for candidate experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
