Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and enthusiastic, the remote contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate experiences, coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, and support the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first interaction to ensure positive impressions of the company
• Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication and timely follow-up

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency with ATS software, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully distributed environment
