Job Summary
Detail-oriented and enthusiastic, the remote contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate experiences, coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, and support the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first interaction to ensure positive impressions of the company
- Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication and timely follow-up
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with ATS software, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully distributed environment
