Job Summary

Proactively identifying and engaging high-quality talent, the contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator will support the interview process through scheduling and stakeholder coordination while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Source passive and active candidates through various channels and maintain talent pipelines
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and ensure interviewers are prepared
  • Assist recruiters with requisition management and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
  • Proven ability to coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
