Job Summary
Proactively identifying and engaging high-quality talent, the contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator will support the interview process through scheduling and stakeholder coordination while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source passive and active candidates through various channels and maintain talent pipelines
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and ensure interviewers are prepared
- Assist recruiters with requisition management and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Proven ability to coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
