Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

To support high-volume recruiting for skilled trades positions, the fully remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will source and screen candidates for roles such as Electricians, Welders, and HVAC Technicians while managing candidate profiles in Avature.

Key Responsibilities

• Source skilled trades candidates through various platforms, including Avature and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates and present qualified individuals to recruiters
• Utilize Avature to manage candidate profiles and maintain accurate records while generating sourcing reports

Required Qualifications

• 7-15+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a minimum of 7 years in skilled trades
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Avature ATS and/or CRM
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and job boards
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and recruiting experience
