Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling during evening and weekend hours in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates for open roles using various platforms and conduct high-volume outreach during evenings and weekends
- Conduct initial phone screens, administer assessments, and coordinate interview schedules across time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide end-of-shift pipeline summaries
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support
- Demonstrated experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at volume
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools
- Consistent availability for the full Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30-11:00 PM ET
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace suitable for continuous call volume
