Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling for a personal injury law firm, focusing on outreach during evenings and weekends to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open roles using various platforms and conduct high-volume outreach during evening and weekend hours
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules while maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing clear next steps for applicants

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support
• Demonstrated experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at volume
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools
• Consistent availability for the full Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30-11:00 PM ET shift
• Reliable high-speed internet, a functioning computer, and a quiet professional workspace suitable for continuous call volume
