Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling during evenings and weekends, ensuring a robust pipeline for hiring managers across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards and direct outreach
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling across time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide end-of-shift pipeline summaries
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years in recruiting coordination or high-volume talent acquisition support
- Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard productivity tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Consistent availability for the full Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30-11:00 PM ET shift
