Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling during evening and weekend hours, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for open roles across multiple offices.
Key responsibilities
- Source and conduct outreach to candidates using various platforms and methods, including job boards and direct outreach
- Perform initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling across different time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide end-of-shift pipeline summaries
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support
- Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at volume
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard productivity tools
- Consistent availability for the full Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30-11:00 PM ET
- Reliable high-speed internet, a functioning computer, and a quiet professional workspace
