Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage the hiring pipeline remotely during evening and weekend hours.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates for open roles using various platforms and conduct high-volume outreach during non-traditional hours
- Perform initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring effective communication across time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide end-of-shift pipeline summaries
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support
- Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at volume
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools
- Consistent availability for the full Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30-11:00 PM ET
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace suitable for continuous call volume
