Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling during evening and weekend hours, working remotely from Argentina.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using various platforms and conduct high-volume outreach during non-traditional hours
- Perform initial phone screens, administer assessments, and coordinate interview schedules across time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide end-of-shift pipeline summaries
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume talent acquisition
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to conduct phone screens and schedule interviews at volume
- Consistent availability for the full Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30-11:00 PM ET schedule
