Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination for the Talent Acquisition team
- Handle pre-employment tasks such as candidate assessments, background checks, and drug screen reports
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, generate reports, and assist with data analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
- 3-5 years of progressive recruiting experience
- HRIS experience, preferably with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors
- Experience with DocuSign for pre onboarding is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
