Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Handle pre-employment tasks such as candidate assessments, background checks, and drug screen reports
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, generate reports, and assist with data analysis
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
  • 3-5 years of progressive recruiting experience
  • HRIS experience, preferably with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Experience with DocuSign for pre onboarding is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
