Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and source resumes for potential talent opportunities
  • Assist with conducting initial screening interviews and assessing prospective talent
  • Support the Regional Talent Partners with recruiting and onboarding activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's level degree in a related field of study; Bachelor's level degree preferred
  • At least one year of related experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and passion for customer service
  • Reliable with time-sensitive deadlines and tasks
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS/ATS systems preferred
