Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and source resumes for potential talent opportunities
Assist with conducting initial screening interviews and assessing prospective talent
Support the Regional Talent Partners with recruiting and onboarding activities

Required Qualifications:

Associate's level degree in a related field of study; Bachelor's level degree preferred
At least one year of related experience preferred
Strong work ethic and passion for customer service
Reliable with time-sensitive deadlines and tasks
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS/ATS systems preferred
