Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a focus on domestic and international recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for the recruiting team
- Managing the relationship with On-Demand Talent vendors
- Coordinating and administering various Talent Acquisition tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition/Staffing/Search firm experience
- No recruiting experience required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter License preferred
- Vendor management experience preferred
