Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst-Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze internal and benchmark talent acquisition data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on performance
  • Develop and maintain key talent acquisition performance dashboards and leadership reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence focused on HR or Talent Acquisition data
  • 1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems, preferably Oracle Cloud Recruiting
  • Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred
