Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Lead, Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics will manage reporting and analytics for the Talent Acquisition function, providing actionable insights to enhance hiring performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic data insights and recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reports to track recruiting performance and key metrics
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and streamline reporting processes for the Talent Acquisition team
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with strong database knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience with recruitment ATS and/or HRIS technology
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including experience with large datasets and data analysis techniques
  • Proven understanding of predictive analytics and business-related data analysis strategies
  • Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and enhancements
